Not supposed to smoke from internal motor
Received 1/19/16 and attempted to use on leftover roast from last evening. Knife started fine and after two slices blades began to slow? I removed knife and looked at body for speed control......knife stopped and smoke poured out of casing. Something internal must have been binding and caused high current draw to burn up motor.
