As Hollow as a Bottle.
1 of 7 found this helpful This a large book said to be the BEST out there by several people who are not Chinese. Yet I found it lacking in many ways in that it has no receipes for such dishes as Egg Foo Young, Pork Fried Rice, Pork Lo Mein, or Moo Goo Gai Pan. There is only scant mention made on two of theses dishes. What a complete waste of my money it was in purchasing it. I've found far better Chineses recipes on the Internet via You Tube. It may be a rare book and long out of print. But I think that is a good thing. Don't waste your time and money seeking a used copy.
