Yes. I am very happy with this product, and fitted 13 pairs of shoes comfortably. It stands on my landing and is a smart piece of furniture to look at

Have found a problem
I have used the above product only once since receiving it 2 weeks ago. The problem being that the air vents on the sides of the oven get extremely hot which I don't think is correct. Also, in trying to cook frozen chips, I had to give up after about half an hour as they were soft and still white. I quickly went to their aide by removing them and placing them in a smaller old mini oven and they cooked in about 10 minutes. This is not the first rotisserie oven I have purchased and have had no problems before. Can you please resolve this problem for me.
