Best IBS book
Easily the best IBS book. Easy to follow lists and explanations refreshingly honest about the vegan diet. Very easy to cook great food just using the ingredients list and omitting the food groups that cause agro to you personally. Great advice on symptoms and ways forward. Most IBS books concentrate on meat to the exclusion of almost all veg which is crazy as most of the worlds population eat mostly veg.

Excellent
Excellent product which securely locks so it can’t fold up while being used.....I have about four other makes ...all crap and not worth the money compared with this one
