Easy and accurate way to read temperature with the click of the handle.
I like this thermometer for several reasons: it accurately reads the temperature without having to hold your hand too close to the hot mixture; it is easy to read the temperature without having to continually wipe off steam - the glass thermometers get condensation over them and the older you get, it is harder to read those little lines that tell you the temp. Two Christmases ago, I ruined all the candies that I make - which are a lot because I had difficulty reading and seeing the line that marks the correct temp. Now that I am having some difficulty with my joints, this laser style of thermometer is easy to maneuver...oh, and did I say that this thermometer spares your face from getting too close to hot items? I thought I did, but it is worth repeating.

Bath and Body men'd fragrance purchased from Ebay did not disappoint!
Exactly as was in the store...Excellent condition; fresh fragrance, and hope that there will be more of this product in the days to come.
