Panasonic 20mm f1.7
A little extravagant perhaps but I bought this lens for one specific job - the northern lights. It did what I was hoping and I was so impressed that it has stayed on the camera for most of the time since. Some might say that it is not really wide enough for taking the lights but I was very happy with the results.

Chariots or what?
The author has obviously carried out considerable research and much of what he says makes sense and is otherwise unexplained. Where I do have a problem is that he has a tendency to reject some scientific and historical findings out of hand yet readily accept others where they suit his point of view. Nevertheless overall it provides fascinating food for thought.
