I does help to maintain a deeper sleep and doze off more easily. It's not a sleep medicine but i find it helpful specially after late night rugby training when i find it hard to switch off. I take one or two pills a couple of hours before bed depending on how tired i am. I can be a little hard on your stomach the first couple of times so i would keep it at 1 pill until your body adapts to it. Definetily recommend
