I had a mono-automatic bowel movement
11 of 16 found this helpful Okay i just got the product and this is definitely a little weird and funny but i took 0.5-1g roughly under the tounge and then i took a cap of my colloidal gold. and a cap of colloidal silver. I had earlier been to the bathroom for a bowl movement and although i went, i didn't feel completely emptied. After taking this stuff i had the urge to go again and boy did i go. Probably the equivalent to 2 movements shot outta me (wasnt uncomfortable) idk why or what happened but i can say i feel slightly rejuvenated.
I also added some to aloe vara gel and applied it topically to my face as I'm struggling with acne, scars, dermatitis and im having faith that both internal and a little external use may help in healing my damaged skin :) so i can really recommend this if ur feeling a little constipated ha! Thanks for the product im excited to see the long term benefits.
*update* I'm experiencing a lot of abdominal gurgling and diarrhea. I'm hoping that it's just a detox effect and that this product isn't somehow deffcive/dangerous.
