Too dry and clumpy
1 of 1 found this helpful It dries as soon as you put it on your lids and stays clumpy all day, both on your eyes and on the brush.
Plus, the brush it comes with is too soft and pretty useless.
I recommend investing in the Bobbi Brown gel ink liner and the Topshop eye liner brush. Never a disappointment.
