As we explained it was a human SKU warehouse picking error, that the wrong wheel was sent, You simply return back through eBay retuns policy that way we are both protected they will provide you with a Royal Mail returns label at NO CHARGE to you and you simply return eBay keep an eye on the tracking and once delivered back the refund is automatically sent Apologise again for any inconvenience caused We have been trading for over 30+ Years and we get 99% orders right, so sorry you feel this way
