Ultimate One? Perhaps in frustration.
The Ultimate One that I have seems to be finicky in how I press the soft buttons on the touch screen. Oftentimes, I have to press the button three or more times before it will register. Sometimes it will think I pressed a button when I am simply trying to set it down onto a table.
The same holds true when using the hard buttons to pause and resume a movie. It's pot-luck as to how many times you have to press the buttons before it will register.
As there are no number buttons, you have to program your TV "favorites" into the channel screen. However, there is space for only 50 channels. I use more that that, so must still use my cable remote for selecting a lot of my channels.
In the devices favor, it does seem to have a considerable number of programming or set-up options. For example, I had to keep adjusting the pause times between internal "source" selections for my TV, as the source selector is simply a toggle that is partially brain-dead, so can't toggle through the sources too quickly.
I also like the rechargeable battery, as I was constantly replacing batteries in older Harmony models.
Having said all of that about frustration, I would probably buy one again as I don't want to pay at least twice as much for a better make/model.
