The Likely Lads (DVD)
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great film about a caravan holiday. It's sooo 70's, with views of urban decay, slum clearance, and demolition work, - a common everyday sight in towns and cities around that time, along with some great classic cars from that era. (the star of the show is a Vauxhall chevette). Personally, I love the nostalgia, and with some very amusing incidents, contained in a great storyline, this is a film I can thoroughly recommend. The four people on holiday, come across as being level headed, intelligent, maybe a little boring, but it's not long before they find themselves deep in chaos and mayhem. It starts in Black & white, but swiftly goes into colour, running time 86 mins. James Bolam, Rodney Bewes, directed by Michael Tuchner and Filmed around Newcastle / Whitley Bay.

Classic Battery Operated Train Set With Tracks - Children Kids Toy
2 of 2 found this helpful Good value for money. The models are around 1:100 / 1:87 TT and HO scale, with HO gauge bogies and they do run on OO gauge track.
This pack (complete with battery powered locomotive) cost less than a OO gauge bogie wagon, it just needs bringing up to date, with a class 66 style, Diesel locomotive to pull the wagons along.
Maybe they could make a Trans-Pennine loco hauled push/pull type passenger train set ?

The larger than life story of bottled water
This is the film, where Del boy and Rodders produce bottled water.
The real action starts off at Grandad's allotment, where some dodgy looking, fly tipped barrels need to be removed and the, so called, Peckham spring, becomes the centre of attention. However, the reality is, that Del & co are bottling the stuff, in their council flat.
After a time, the cast use their ill gotten, financial gains, to go to Brighton and stay in the Grand hotel, while the, glow in the dark product, sits on their bedside table and the TV news reveals some unpleasant discoveries in a Peckham reservoir....
