Couldn't Be Happier, Great for Pasteles!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to grind root vegetables, potatoes, bananas and plantains for making Puerto Rican pasteles, and I couldn't be happier with it! When I put the first potato in I let out this maniacal laugh because it worked SO WELL! It worked just as well on everything else. The alternative had been a tedious two-stage food processor grating and grinding process. This saved HOURS of work and sticky stained hands. I had been looking at commercial food processors which are much more expensive, so I'm so glad I found this.
