Good product but paired with a poor charger.
This replaces my original Swami 4000 and has added features that I do like but the battery connection on the new item is a magnetic connection and if it doesn't connect just right and the item doesn't sit perfectly flat and undisturbed then it won't charge. Not sure why they chose this kind of charger connection as it never worked well for the hands free phones that sat in this type of charger. from years ago.
