I love the taste of the plexus slim..the probiotic worked the first couple nights and then back to regular 'no fun' constipation....The bio cleanse did seem to curve appetite..just been about a month and havent seen any weight loss or spurts of energy...I wished I could afford to try another month but....maybe later. My daughter uses the bio cleanse and probio and swears by it...So for a lot of people it works...Im just a stubborn one I guess
