Great workout
Very fun workout. I liked the instructor & how she taught the moves.

Overall has a everything.
It has a very challenging cardio/sculpt workout. It has an express sculpt workout that still keeps heart rate up. The cardio party is edited from the original and leaves out Annie's part so it is almost 10 minutes shorter.

Good but tough
The video goes very fast. Does not give much chance to get used to a move before it is accelerated. Don't get frustrated though because great workout.
