Not convinced
4 of 4 found this helpful Having used this product for several years - buying from John Lewis usually - I am not convinced this is the genuine product. My original purchases did not react to warmer weather, whereas this product seems to 'melt' as though it contains a high proportion of coconut oil perhaps?? i also did not receive the sample as promised, so that I had to open the large pot and therefore although I was not happy with the product, I had opened it and could not return it!!! Should have stayed with John Lewis and got the real thing!!!
