Non-tick but not silent
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very affordable alarm clock, but maybe you get what you pay for. The alarm clock is definitely non-tick, but it does have some kind of "motor noise" which is disturbing and stress-inducing when the clock sits next to your bed, close to your head. And I don't have an exceptionally good hearing or anything like that.
I think it might help to put the clock further away. Maybe it won't be noticeable, if it sits at the other end of the room.
It's usable, but I won't have it standing close to my bed any more.
