The value of copper
0 of 1 found this helpful I'm a great believer in copper, and these are indeed very comfortable. But I am trying so many things to bring some strength back to feet and ankles, that this is just one element. I will persevere with the insoles, and believe sincerely that they are helping.

An essential for your kitchen
It is very new, so rather stiff, and difficult to use at first. But I have had one of these for some years, and it has only just expired. It is very good quality.

Water storage for plants
I have been using these crystals for years, mixed with my usual compost. The trick is not to overdo them because in a shower of rain, it can look like a bad case of frogspawn!
They are magical, in that they reduce the need for watering - particularly pots and other containers - and once the plants get their roots around them, they can produce water for at least a week if not longer.
I could not garden without them.
