Review
I preferred your previous atlas because the new one has a spiral binding and (as happened to us) an intricate drive in Switzerland on minor roads spanned the binding and it was difficult to follow. Although the new size is probably handier, this is outweighed by the spiral binding.
The scale is OK.
I may have missed it but I didn't find a page or pages that showed which page to look at for any particular part of Europe. This was done for the "route-finding" pages but apparently not for the detailed pages.
