Works Great
I hesitated to buy these because I had I ssues with refills in the past. These claimed to have a new chip so I thought I’d roll the dice and see. I’m glad I did. They work just like new ones and save me some money as well!

Serves the purpose
1 of 1 found this helpful This system is easy to install and works well. The only real issue with installation is the design of your helmet and the routing of the wires. Mine was easy; my wife's was a little more difficult but that has nothing to do with this product. Directions are straightforward and easy to follow but are not quite accurate for the product. They reference that the system comes with an A/C adapter to charge the units; it doesn't. That an easy $5.00 fix at a discount store. The directions also reference that the units disconnect from the mounting in order to charge; they don't. That simply means you charge them while attached to the helmet. I wear a helmet with a full face shield and my wife wears a half-helmet. Because her mic is exposed, there's some wind noise but communication is still very clear and easy. I'm very satisfied with these and feel they were a good purchase.
