Great product for your money
The bottle recommended taking in the pill 2-3 times a day so i went ahead and took 3 pills every single day before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found that my body was slowly gaining muscle weight and that the number i have been putting up in the gym were OUTSTANDING. At first, i could not figure out if i was just working hard, or if it was the pill but i am very sure it is the pill. I can honestly say i felt like a badass with this pill, it helped me lift heavy through my entire workouts without any fatigue. I would definitely recommend trying this if you have not already. I also had a very bad ankle from a previous basketball injury a couple months ago which held me back from squatting. After taking this pill, i was somehow to break through and start squatting again like it was some kind of miracle!
