Not New
Not new as described. Rust on reel and definitely was not filled with line and never used.

Smaller than expected
0 of 1 found this helpful The tensioner is as expected; a spring and two cupped disks on a bolt. It is smaller than any spool I use though. It is made for the half wide spools. If that is what you tie with the you'd be happy. I just have to get a longer bolt and I'll be fine with it.
