...As described at first...later...
Hey!
I submitted a very positive review shortly after receiving item. "Bubble wrap and responsive to questions." So seemed odd that did not see my usual positive feed back when checked.
Now a month later I just placed order for a different fax/copier after this one was unable to fax and stopped being able to print from USB hook up. Seemed to work great at first.
.......disappointed but no complaint. After all...it was used.
