This battery has a strange behavior
3 of 3 found this helpful Got the item and installed it into my Nokia 6303. It looked OK, was charged nearly full. I connected the charger and was charging the phone about 10 hours, then began to use it. First 3-4 days everything was well, phone display showed full charge, I never seen less than 4 green bars, but then the phone started ask for the food. Display showed 1 red bar. I decided to wait while it will discharge completely, and I was waiting for 3 days! So, I thought, it's an adaptation, some charge/discharge cycles will correct the situation. Nothing like this! I've already discharged the phone about 5-6 times and charged it for full, but nothing changes.
My previous battery behaved completely differently - it was discharging smoothly about 3-4 days, decreasing battery indicator bar by bar, and then, after last bar became red, the phone switched off after 1-1.5 days.
So I don't like my new battery behavior, the old was very more pleasant. Especially, it worked well more then 5 years!
