A book written by a genius
Linus Pauling is the only person ever to win two unshared Nobel Prizes. The man was a genius. This book reveals he was also a lovely and caring family man as well. Unlike the Marie Curie system of radiotherapy treatments which kill more neoplasms (cancer cells) than healthy ones but which do kill lots of healthy ones; Pauling was very heavily into an alternative treatment which he called Orthomolecular Medicine. That means the use of vitamins to maintain optimum health. He believed the RDA of vitamins - especially vitamin C - to be the minimum level at which you can survive and preached giving mega-doses of vitamins, sometimes 20 or 30 times the RDA which clearly had no bad side-effects at all. He lived until he was 93 so his theory worked well for him and his family. Although some treatments in this book now seem quite dated it is a good guide to healthy living.

Great quality but beware import charges
A design that i have not seen in the UK, which is why i bought it. Good quality too. Unfortunately i had to pay an extra £13 customs import charge so it is expensive, but nevertheless a great looking baseball cap.

Good but pricey
A firm barrier that I bought to stop my bamboo roots spreading, but it would have been far cheaper to staple a few rubber car mats together.
