A Rubbish Product
1 of 1 found this helpful These pads are minutely thin and only approximately 1.50cm. wide. For a far less price one can alternatively purchase very large padded plasters. Such are much more likely to protect against sports nipple abrasion, and if desired - hide the nipple.

Immensely disappointing
I carefully wound up to two thirds of its potential coiling and the longest it worked for was around 4 secs. Usually each night I sleep for longer than that so its use was limited. I returned it and received a full refund.
