Great stuff to use.
This is the first time using this product. I upgraded a core duo to a core 2 duo 8200 and it had an Intel fan and heat sink. I had to modify the pushpins on the heat sink, I then put the Artic Alumina on the cpu and then put on the heat sink and I have a happy computer. Course I have some added memory. When I checked the temperature on a third party cpu temp software. It said that all of my cores which were four now instead of two. They were running at 40 degrees F. It is extremely quiet.
