Not communicators but good liars
Hard to get their attention. Maybe because wrong language or time zone as they prepare you for in small print under returns. These people are a chinese company not english company as per location details for products. They claim to have a warehouse in Stock Essex. I live in stock and can't find them or find any known business importing chinese goods. Hate liars

Great value for money
The quality of the finish is basic but it definitely does what it says on the box.

Not bad for the money..
The main problem is the oscillation distance tends to be short allowing the sand pad to clog easily with debris.. and the dust bag is ineffective and it's size means that attaching a vacuum hose is completely non standard.
