A family favourite
I add this to dried mixed fruit to make the most delicious fruit cake. Very moist and utterly delicious.

Lightweight and a geat product.
Very useful for carrying around for emergencies and in a small container which can slip into a pocket or handbag. Choice of smells too. Mango, coconut etc. Would recommend.

Good value and deliciously different
These recipes are fantastic and some are a great reminder of cordon bleu recipes . Nice to have pictures of some of the food. A few more pictures in colour would have been nice.
I bought this book because my neighbour bought a copy and I was so impressed with the recipes in side that I wanted one too. I would highly recommend it.
