It fixed the machine!
We had three service people tell us the machine needed a new timer--it was causing the machine to start and stop. We did a lot of research and found that the lid switch causes the same problem. It's apparently misdiagnosed 99% of the time. We installed the lid switch and the machine works perfectly. Thank you!

Good brush
It's easy to use once you figure out that you have to keep the brush upright for the mats to come out easily.

I can see a difference
I can see a difference in the level of whitening. I totally recommend this product.
