They get better
I've been using an earlier model for two or three decades. Leader in the field, it stil does a excellent job, but is difficult to get up a stair lift, so I bought a reconditioned one from a specialist firm. I ran it over a patch done with the old machine. Result! Reoved more dirt. It is easier to fill, to handle & quicker, more effective & easier to empty & clean. I anticipate using it for another couple of decades
A couple of minor problems. The power cable comes from the base of the machine, which necessitates grovelling to control it. The only manual available (on line) now is basic and inadequate user one.

Close, but no cigar
A good idea, but has it's problems. Can't reach the back teeth, the base of the vibrator fouls my lip and positioning is critical for the rest. Not as effective as an interdental brush and floss.

Delico
I always find their ink very tasty, and, when in use, continue producing perfect print long after the warning that the cartridge is nearly spent.
