Poor quality battery

1. battery received with zero charge. A LiPo battery with zero charge indicates it has extensive storage time and may have been damaged. 2. After installation, the phone only accepts 1400 mAh charge. For a battery that's supposed to be 1821mAh, that indicates the battery is severely damaged and only at 1400/1821 = 77% health (brand new). Ergo, there is no other conclusion than to give it one star. Cheap, but horrible quality.
