Cheap yes but exceptionally poor quality.
The kit arrived I bought it as my previous set were stolen. Its a cheap set and it shows five minutes in to knocking a dent in a wing the head of the hammer I was using shattered mid stroke resulting in one half of the head bouncing off my forehead causing a considerable gash. I won't be using these again lesson learnt.

Absolute rubbish AVOID
Badly made pattern part bracket is a bad fit to the motor the wheel is really rubbish plastic I've had three of these all if them have failed within days as the brass bearing heats up and melts the plastic wheel avoid like the plague 13 years repairing machines for a living this is the worst pattern part I've ever come across.

Possibly the most badly made and useless piece of rubbish I've ever encountered.
OK I waited three days for this to arrive having stripped the brakes on my classic car a couple of wheel cylinders needed new seals OK I though I'll hone them first.This arrived I opened it and was shocked by its poor quality parts that ought to be metal are plastic , the stones don't spring properly and I'd be terrified to put it near a drill for fear of it flying apart I certainly wouldn't actually use it on any component I valued .
