barely working

When I received it and unpackaged it, I found that the base tabs that hold the top in were broken off. It worked properly for a couple days, but then I had to constantly move the top around to get the motor to work. I have had this blender for about 2 weeks and it is more of a pain to use than it is worth. This has made me learn a hard lesson on purchasing re-furbished items.
