difficult to hear, the sound level was too low
the sound level was poor and difficult to hear. I had to press the radio close to my ear to hear anything

Spacing between comb teeth too small
The combs are good for fine hair but not so good for thick hair. The spring between the comb teeth is too small making it difficult to get the come to penetrate the hair
