Excellent product
I was desperate to stop smoking due to health issues and read some reviews but couldn't believe what I read. But I decided to give it a go. It came as a book with a CD enclosed I didn't read the book just played the CD once before going to sleep. The next morning got up and went about my morning routine not thinking about smoking when I did think about it I had a strange feeling of not wanting to smoke and didn't smoke. That was nearly a month ago and I am definitely a non smoker now. Everything that was said in the hypnosis CD actually happened. I did not want to smoke and felt like a non smoker from day one, no bad moods, urges to smoke or weight gain.
I don't usually write reviews but I am honestly amazed at how I have just stopped smoking after years of being addicted to the nicotine. I think it is magic like all the other people found after using it.
So if you want to stop smoking this is the best thing to use and affordable.

1 of 2 found this helpful This little scale is very good and easy to use. Handy size for taking on holiday for checking on your way home. It is so much easier to use than my previous one I can use this by myself.
