It's exactly what I was looking for
It's exactly what I was looking for, not so much because of the "secret" aspect, but as an explanation of where the signs and symbols came from and what meaning has been attached to them.

An enjoyable game for a small group of people
Came in good shape. A bag of indicators/markers for the character cards was open and the pieces spilled out, so I had to rebag that. The game offers replay variety which I like in any game.

KS edition looks very good
Lots of detail, but does seem to offer a good value for the price. Of course, this was a KS edition so there was more than likely might be in a retail edition. I also tend to like "Lovercraftian-type" games because of the story lines they usually contain. For example, the games done by Richard Launius directly in the Lovercraft universe.
