1 of 1 found this helpful I used the MB2020 for a while and it worked like a charm, selling me on the Maxify brand, and when I came across the deal for the MB2320 I jumped on it. the advanced features and extra tray just made home/work more simple.

Safe & Secure
I have used a few internet security software programs. This one is the perfect fit for me on my Mac. smooth function, auto updates, scanning is easy and doesn't slow down my system at all when running it while working. I will renew it, and when my PC's run their terms with the current security I have on them, I will give Norton a shot on those as well.

Its Complicated
The software requirements start with:
Mac OS X 10.4 or later
I purchased it for a Mac with El Capitan platform. Trying to run the program it just loaded until it timed out. I rebooted the system a couple of times, and it fired up, looked pretty simple, after tampering around for a few minutes, I logged out. Have not been able to get back in since.
I was told the software only worked on the 10.4 platform. Well I installed it on a 10.4 operating system, and can't get passed its search to update. Trying to access the support link to get help, There is absolutely no support system for it. It can't be registered, no tech support, no updates, and beyond instillation it can't be used.
I did do a little research to find there are other complaints about it. But this is my personal experience.
I didn't want to give it any stars, but I can't review it without giving it at least one.
