OK
So far I've only done Earth. It's OK but you need to have done some yoga before. I have, but I'm still struggling a bit because the instructor doesn't say left or right enough for me, so I'm struggling to know what I'm doing. Will probably be OK when I've done it more often. good value with 4 discs though.
