Excellent quality HDMI issues

The Soundbar does indeed work with HDMi however the connection issues most people run into are due to the HDMi Ports and settings on a TV. If your TV has a HDMi output you must use this connection, if you use a HDMi input port then you will not be able to use HDMi for sound.
The connection of HDMi ARC is when the TV Sends the sound through the HDMi Cable from the HDMi Ouput port and into the Studio Soundbar and this is when the connection will work.
However a lot of TV's only have a HDMi input, this is so that you can plug a device in and play through the TV but as the port doesn't give out a signal you will not be able to play sound through an external device.
If this was the case the Soundbar does have an Optical Cable connection and this is the best connection.
