Works for me
I have been using these for 2 years off and on, the first year I ordered 3 packs as I was very overweight, 15 st, size 16. I went down to a size 12 in 6 months, I also worked out at the gym. They definitely help stop the cravings of snacking. I would recommend them if you are serious about your weight issues. I am ordering again as I have put a lot of weight back on after having my
