Great phone for seniors.
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this phone for my 89 year old mom. Despite some confusion at times due to Parkinsons, she's doing very well using this phone. Had a serious problem at first with the volume buttons on the side - they were too easy to turn to off while holding the phone. The result was no ring when I called her and no answer - not good. Solved the design flaw by putting a thick layer of hot melt glue on the volume buttons to make them less sensitive. The phone is a good size with large buttons, good volume ( when not accidentially turned off), and I like the dedicated 911 button.
