1 of 1 found this helpful The features are much better than Sony. Starts up fast, 5.1 digital Dolby sound,unlike Sony which is stereo,no uotput for 5.1. A great lifelike picture makes it more enjoyable than straight DVD.

Controller made easy
Once all the model numbers are put in and the software is updated, it's done. I had three controllers to control to turn on the TV, Surround sound systen, and the Blue ray disc player. My wife would'nt whatch the TV because it was to complex to get things on and adjusting the volume. Now it is one button to turn on everything for each application and then one button to turn it all off. besides the Harmony controller I had bought several others from $15 to $25. None of those would do it all. I would recomend this companies products by Logic tech for the ease of controlling everything,at least major companies TV's, Sound, and DVD players.

great when you have an old HD TV
I had a TV with only outdated connections for ROKU and I had a need for the RCA jacks for watching ROKU, so this box was easy to install with the directions that comes with it. It was inexpensive and works great. A cheaper solution than buying a new HD TV
