Good product, great service!
I purchased this flat iron for my trip to Europe. The first one I got was defective, I let the seller know and they sent me a new one very quickly!
The second one works well. It heats up pretty quickly, it's lightweight, very easy to maneuver and glides fairly smoothly over my straight hair. Curling with it works fine as well.
It comes with several plugs for the non-US outlets, but the basic male-end plug is the standard US one, you can plug that into the adapters for use internationally. It also comes with a sleeve for storage while hot.
Overall, I'd recommend this to a friend!
