0 of 1 found this helpful I have left a review for a while so I could use this for a while which gets used every day, Took a chance and bought this hoover which stated it had a damaged box. delivery was very quick through Currys outlet the box looked like it had been drooped which was not a good start but when unpacked it was not damaged and had not been opened before. Very easy to put together and worked fine, There are a lot of accessories with this model which I had to find a home for as my other dyson 14 upright they all clip to the machine ( still working now living upstairs) This little machine has a lot of suction which I am pleased with and being smaller gets to places a lot easier I have two dogs that live in the house and it picks up all there hair without any trouble. the big thing that I find annoying is the electric cable that seems to thick and not at all flexible. The build quality is not as good as my old hoover and I will be surprised if it lasts as long (only time will tell)

this is no good for an external door
1 of 3 found this helpful This was bought for my external door i had to cut it down to fit my door which i was quite expecting to do and was easy to do , the two hanging screws were to long ended up drilling holes through the top bracket to get fixing into top of door frame, chain is very light and tangles all the time only been up a couple of days not proofing very good and the real test will come when it gets warmer ? as my back door were it is needed is only ten metres away from were cattle drink out of a water trough so i do get a lot of flys and bugs around in the summer ,had a mesh before but got very mucky with dogs going in/out but i can see myself going back to a mesh screen . A lot of money for what it is but i was willing to buy as it had a good report,

1 of 1 found this helpful Isn't it nice this day and age to obtain quick helpful and very reliable service, The First vac I received the next day after ordering was a different model but a quick and very helpful phone call had the correct one sent out and was received the very next morning the lady I spock to on the phone was very helpful and polite and didn't try to sway me in keeping the wrong one . Keep up the good work and thanks again
