For the Spirit within

I have used mine for infusing Brandy into my Christmas Cake and it worked perfectly, I am not sure how this Injector Needle would work with a higher viscosity product but I have not tried anything other than Brandy yet. I wondered if there are other needles for thicker liquids such as Jam with high fruit content. Bill Ingham
