Brilliant Product - Brilliant Supplier!
I love this piece of kit, although I was dismayed that, despite undamaged packaging, the main head was broken. All I was asked to do was e-mail them a photo of the damage and I had a replacement within 48 hours! Top marks to the supplier. The vacuum is a great performer, good suction and with all the attachments, so versatile! Better value than the mini-vac it replaced (the 'Starlyf' Cyclonic, nearly twice the price and a bit light on attachments.) Very manoeuvrable, does my staircase in half the time the old one took. I cannot speak highly enough about the vac and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent product - when it works!
This is the second of this type I've had (gave the first to my son, whose need was greater than mine!) The second arrived promptly, but for some reason only showed half the LCD display. Contacted supplier, we tried a few 'quick fix' remedies, but to no avail. Supplier agreed to take it back and replace it - we agreed they'd test it first. Clearly they did, because within a week I received my replacement, in full working order - they even left the batteries in it! So the supplier gets 10/10 for customer service and the product does exactly what it says on the box!

Strange Operation
Slightly smaller than the one it replaced, wouldn't take a full size dinner plate so thought "Ho hum, get smaller dinner plate but plate still wouldn't revolve. Soup bowls worked fine, but during operation I noticed even the soup bowl drifted to the edge of the rotating glass plate - this is obviously why full size plates won't work, as they 'drift' to the edge they contact parts of the interior and stop turning. So all our microwaving must now be done in bowls, a minor irritation - we'll live with it! Otherwise a nice little bit of kit.
