Reliabilty
I bought an osco set of drawers over a year ago to replace the cheap plastic A4 drawers which had cracked after 2 months because of weight in the drawers (ream of A4 paper). These drawers not only look good but glide in and out with ease. They are as good now as when I bought them new.
I have since replaced all my plastic desktop drawers for these osco sets of drawers in different configurations to suit individuals who work for me.. Everyone is impressed

A fill spout at the top would be an advantage
