Okay for what you pay
1 of 1 found this helpful This sideboard looks great in the photos but in reality is a bit cheap looking. There are gaps around the drawers and cupboards once constructed, chips and dings on some of the edges/faces, and a large smudge I can’t remove on one of the drawers. For what you pay it’s alright, and it’s in a dark corner in our house so no one looks at it too closely, but I would not buy it again in hindsight.

Great little filter for a nano tank
After reading the mixed reviews, I was a bit hesitant and even tried to cancel my order, but it had already been dispatched. I’m so glad I didn’t as this filter is exactly what I needed for my nano 20 L planted tank. I made sure the filter was filled to the brim with water, otherwise air trapped inside will cause a racket. However, after about 5 mins and making sure all the air was out, it’s been running essentially silently since. I didn’t use the carbon that came with it and instead stuffed it full with filter floss and mature sponges from other tanks. The pipes were also very stiff and hard to work with, so I soaked them for a few minutes in boiled water, making them much more pliable. I’m using the spray bar and the flow rate is nice and gentle, which is perfect for my small aquarium. I’m not sure how useful this filter would be on larger set ups. All in all, I’m very happy. There are actually few options of external filters for very small tanks and I’m glad that this one worked out so well for me! Photo shows pipes into the ram k
